Harry Koning gained his Bachelor\u2019s degree in Piano and Solo Singing from the Academy of Music in Zwolle and his Master\u2019s degree from the Opera Academy in Maastricht. In 1988 he joined the Opera of Aachen where he worked as first tenor in the Opera Choir but also sang small solo roles in various Operas. From 1991 he also did additional work as a r\u00e9p\u00e9titeur at the Opera of Aachen and after a period as assistant Musical Director, he eventually became \u2018Kapellmeister f\u00fcr Musical\u2019. From 1993 Harry Koning was involved in the capacity of Music Director with the production of various musicals in M\u00f6nchengladbach, Cologne, Antwerp, London (West End and Abbey Road Studios) and Seoul. After a year of sabbatical leave, Harry Koning started working in art education. Since 1998 his focus has increasingly been on writing music. His compositions have received various prizes and nominations in the Netherlands, Belgium and Korea.<\/span><\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=”1_2″ _builder_version=”4.16″ custom_padding=”|||” global_colors_info=”{}” custom_padding__hover=”|||”][et_pb_text module_class=”title” _builder_version=”4.27.4″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”]<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.4″ _module_preset=”default” hover_enabled=”0″ global_colors_info=”{}” sticky_enabled=”0″]<\/p>\n That is very simple. As the composer\/arranger (and therefore the owner of the rights) I give you permission to download and use this sheet music for your choir without paying anything to me.<\/p>\n Of course local copyright regulations followed up by local performing right societies are to be met by the choirs when you perform my music.<\/p>\n As a token of appreciation, you might consider making a donation to a charity of your own choice.
